Join us for a Monday afternoon meet up at Helmsley Sports and Social Club. The group is open to anyone 18+, that wants to meet new people and enjoy some social time in a friendly, welcoming environment. Running on the second Monday of the month from 1pm to 3pm.

Each month there will be someone from our Carers Team who can support with information around the role of the unpaid carer, whether a parent carer, adult carer or veteran.
