Carers Plus Yorkshire and Stokesley Community Care Assocation would like to invite you to this monthly drop-in session to find out about the support we can offer Carers.

There will be the opportunity for a chat with one of our advisers as well as the chance to speak to other like-minded Carers and share lived experiences.

Tea, coffee and a light buffet will be provided alongside friendly and informative conversation.
