Trustee
Throughout my life I have had many instances to experience caring first hand. From a young age, supporting my Grandmother in rural Ireland, to later in life supporting immediate family and friends; I have felt and witnessed for myself the physical, emotional and social challenges of balancing family life, work and caring. It is with all my lived experiences that I am therefore immensely proud to be able to contribute to this amazing organisation as a Trustee. In addition, the experience that I have gained both in teaching, as well as in my different business roles over a lifetime, culminating in the last four years working as a local business owner in and around the area, hopefully have equipped me with a combination of understanding and business acumen that will strategically help the Charity move forward.
