Mindset is about changing how you think and feel about the world. The mind and body are linked and both impact on our actions, happiness, and wellbeing. We often get stuck in our thoughts and ignore or miss what our body is telling us.
To be fully in control of our actions we need to observe our thoughts and feelings and just experience them. It is normal to have lots of feelings swimming around our bodies, sometimes these can be physical feelings (butterflies, feeling sick, headache, shaking, pins and needles) and sometimes they are emotions that stay in our head, and we just need to find a way to let them out.
