Are you a parent who cares for a child or young person under the age of 25 with additional care needs?

Would you like to socially connect with other like-minded parents?

Join Kerrie Hesp from Carers Plus Yorkshire and Heidi Ridgewell, Family Support Worker from Ryedale Special Families for a monthly group where the focus will be on supporting emotional health and wellbeing, sharing lived experiences from unpaid carers and talks from specialist around SEND.

But, most importantly making “time for yourself” over a cuppa and a little treat.
